Troy:
"Hello. My name is Troy Mezzera. My sign name is the letter 'T' on the mustache area. I am Deaf-Blind and one of the DQMO committee members. I want to welcome everyone to one of the oldest Deaf halls in the world."
Troy points toward the building.
"We have a bus stop right next to it. This building will be used for workshops and lunch on Thursday, July 30. We hope to see you all here! We will have lots of food and drinks."
Troy gives a thumbs up.
